Our Vision

To become one of the most innovative providers of high quality, coordinated behavioral health treatment, prevention and early intervention services in the State of New York. These services will be provided in collaboration with other Seneca County community partners in order to ensure maximum effectiveness. All services provided to the residents of Seneca County will be delivered in a cost-effective manner, without regard to race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, ability, appearance or economic status. Service provision is governed by the standards of the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual and by the canon of ethical conduct of the various professional disciplines.

At this time, we are experiencing an extraordinary amount of daily stress. Some days can feel overwhelming, and it can be difficult to work through the emotions associated with this level of stress. The counselors at Seneca Falls School District have created a Virtual Calming Room for their students, parents, faculty and staff and have made it available to the community at large.

We hope you enjoy this resource. The counselors have put together the SFCSD Virtual Calming Room as a resource of tools and strategies to help with managing these feelings. Remember, it is equally important to take care of your mental health as it is your physical health. We hope you enjoy this resource.
