This event is an opportunity for our community to come together to learn
This event is an opportunity for our community to come together to learn and ask questions regarding human trafficking; indicators, statistics and resources. Speakers will include Jasmine Grace, law enforcement and local community resources.
Jasmine Grace is using her voice and story of hope to raise awareness for women who are currently enslaved in sex trafficking and sexually exploitative situations by speaking at schools, colleges, churches and conferences. Jasmine firmly believes that increased education and awareness of this issue can help prevent and abolish it. Jasmine has authored a book titled, The Diary of Jasmine Grace: Trafficked. Recovered. Redeemed. The book is based on her actual diary entries while being trafficked with present day reflections to show the difference in who she was, compared to who she is today. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
