TAKE NOTICE: That at the general election to be held the sixth day of November, 2012, the following proposition shall be put to a vote of the qualified electors of the County of Seneca pursuant to Section 216 of the New York State County Law:

"Shall the Civil Office of the Seneca County Sheriff be permanently removed from its present location at the Seneca County Office Building, 1 DiPronio Drive in the Village of Waterloo, New York, to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Building located in the Town of Romulus at 6150 Route 96, Romulus, New York?”

Polls will be open between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. November 6, 2012.
