Financial RFP Specifications - Seneca County requests written proposals from qualified firms for the design and implementation of an integrated financial management system.

Questions or clarifications to the RFP specifications must be made in writing to the IT Director. Such questions must be in possession of Information Technology by the close of business on August 1, 2011. This deadline will allow Seneca County time to develop thorough responses for all interested vendors.

Sealed proposals for the Seneca County Financial Management System will be received in the Seneca County Information Technology Department; Attn: IT Director at 1 DiPronio Drive; Waterloo, NY 13165 or via e-mail to both dryrko@co.seneca.ny.us and bleo@co.seneca.ny.us on or before 5:00 P.M., August 15, 2011. Specifications and proposal forms are attached hereto. No proposals will be accepted after the designated time or date indicated in the proposal specifications.
