| Eligibility: Adult students 16 years of age and over and not enrolled in a school program. | |
| Cost: Tutoring services and materials provided at no cost to adult students. | |
| Services: Literacy Volunteers of Seneca County provides Basic Literacy and English As a Second Language programs for adults. Tutoring is one-to-one at locations and times mutually acceptable to both student and tutor. For more information, call 315-539-1795. | |
Other Info: Tutor Training: Classes conducted twice each year at no cost to participants. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Ability to speak a language in addition to English not required to tutor English As A Second Language students. |
