Youth Counseling Services
Youth Counseling Services offers Seneca County’s school-age youth greater opportunity for achieving individual potential and well being. We join with parents, schools, and other community agencies to provide quality prevention and intervention services.

HOURS: Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SERVICES: School-based assessment, counseling and referral services for youth experiencing personal problems, family problems, alcohol and/or other drug-related issues are offered. Prevention education services are taught to a universal school population.
ELIGIBILITY: Program serves youth through age 20, whether they are currently in or out of school.
COST: There is no fee for this service. Funding is made available through NYS OASAS, NYS Office of Children and Families, NYS OMH, School contributions, County funding.
OTHER INFORMATION: Services initiated upon written referral and generally with consent of parent. Staff of six serves all four Seneca County School Districts, grades K-12. Both Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree employees on staff. Licensed by NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
