WORK DAY AND REPORTING RESOLUTION FOR ELECTED
AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS FOR RETIREMENT PURPOSES
RESOLUTION NO. 166-12, moved by Mr. Westfall, seconded by Mrs. Amidon and adopted.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Seneca/Location Code 10012 hereby establishes the following as standard workdays for elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System based on the time keeping system records or the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the Clerk of the Board:
